I don't really like this program. If it doesn't recognize the profile then re-seat the sim card and turn the computer back on. It only saves the settings per profile-so every new user to the laptop has to configure the settings. The worst part is if it gets too hot it will not turn on. Also their "tech support" is non-existent. Dell now uses this program in their latest tough books so we are stuck with it.
